The staff at BlackStripe Video have been shooting video for more than 10 years.
 

      We have shot everything from wedding videos, receptions, music videos, public access shows, and corporate sales videos.

  You don't stick with something for 10 years if you don't love your craft, and after thousands of hours of shooting...........

Well, we picked up a few skills along the way.

The Virtues (created in the summer of 1993) was our first attempt to make a full length feature.
Armed with mearly a Hi-8 camcorder and a ton of ambition,
we made local news while trying to bring a new world to life.

  1993 Charlie Langevin and students from plainfield high were interviewed for a student production.

1994 BlackStripe shot and edited a series of 30 second television ads for this local clothing store.

       A virtual reality company.

1994 Hired on a per job basis.
Amusitronix hired us to produce animations and video work to assist promotion of virtual reality products.

      A sport specific entertainment company.

1994 This business owner hired BlackStripe to animate " Bookends " for play by play .

     Promotions for Raves and parties.

1994 BlackStripe set up animation displays and virtual reality devices to additionally entertain the crowd.

" Sunday Drive "

1995 This video short was made with Joe Angell for his R.I.S.D. class


   " ASSHOLE "

1995 This music video was produced in conjunction with Joe Angell for his final project for his video class at R.I.S.D. in providence.

     An entertainment company.   



1996 - 1998 BlackStripe produced a two hour long compilation video, and produced another three music videos for the band Desert Rain.





1999 - 2003 BlackStripe undertook the feature length project. Although never completed. BlackStripe is still pitching this project for outside investment.
